It's hard to believe our 5th graders are in their last year here at Westwood Charter! In case it's not already on your calendar, 5th grade culmination will be on Friday, June 6th. Culmination planning has begun and many of you have already offered to volunteer your time and talents, thank you! Melissa Greenberg and I (Tara Cheung) are your culmination chairs. If you aren't currently on a culmination committee, but would like to help out, please reach out to one of us. The more, the merrier! It's your last chance to be involved with this class at WWC.

Have no fear, there are PLENTY of opportunities to volunteer moving forward! We plan to do Diddy Riese cookie sales, culmination bake sales, lemonade stands and Famfest. We will be asking 5th grade families to donate food and drink items to Famfest so we can raise as much money as possible from food and drink sales. We will also need a lot of volunteers for the actual event. Famfest is Friday, May 9th, so make sure to save the date! :) Stay tuned for more info on how you can help and volunteer sign-ups!
