September 25 — Sweet Friday: Family 4/5
Family 4/5 hosts this month’s Sweet Friday! Parent volunteers provide breakfast treats to show appreciation for Westwood Charter’s teachers and staff. 

October 1 — Parent Work Party | 8:00 AM

Join fellow Westwood Charter parents for a morning work party! Come lend a hand, connect with other families, and help preparing for the classroom materials.

October 13 — School Tour | 8:30 AM

Prospective families are invited to tour Westwood Charter and learn more about our school community. A great opportunity to see the campus and get a feel for what makes WWC special.

October 14 — Community Circle | 6:00 PM

Join our school community for an evening Community Circle. Come together with fellow WWC families for conversation, connection, and community building.

October 15 — The Great California ShakeOut

Westwood Charter will participate in the Great California ShakeOut, a statewide earthquake preparedness drill. Students and staff will practice important safety procedures to help our school stay prepared.

October 16 — Picture Day

Say cheese! It’s Picture Day at Westwood Charter. Students will have their school photos taken during the school day, so come ready with your best smile.

October 23 — Picture Make-Up Day

Missed Picture Day or need another opportunity for a school photo? Picture Make-Up Day is available for students who were absent or need to have their photo retaken.

October 25 — Halloween Hoot | 10:00 AM

Get ready for one of Westwood Charter’s favorite traditions! Halloween Hoot brings our community together for a spooktacular day of Halloween fun, games, activities, food, and plenty of family fun.

October 27 — Coffee with the Principal | 8:00 AM

Grab a cup of coffee and join our principal for an informal morning conversation. It’s a great opportunity to hear school updates, ask questions, and connect with other WWC parents.

October 30 — Sweet Friday — 3rd Grade

It’s Sweet Friday! Support our school while enjoying a special Friday treat, hosted by our 3rd grade families.
